SeaWorld Plans Briefing On Trainer Death, Sea World Trainer Killed Home Video and SeaWorld will hold a news conference on Friday to discuss a killer whale attack that killed a trainer. The attack involving the killer whale named Tilikum happened on Wednesday and killed longtime trainer Dawn Brancheau, 40.During the briefing, SeaWorld is expected to escort the media to the tank where the attack happened.Dawn Brancheau Video, A former SeaWorld contractor who asked not to be identified spoke about the fatal attack after viewing home video taken before Brancheau was killed.The contractor said he believes she was following proper safety procedures. SeaWorld enacted special rules for working with Tilikum, who is 22-feet long and has been blamed for a total of three deaths.
